These guys were very polite and conscientious but towards the end they got In a hurry. It did take longer than planned but the last of my furniture (mostly chairs)was basically haphazardly placed without blanketing them. I had to instruct them to put a blanket between and iron bench and wooden chairs. Four of my chars and one desktop are either broken or scarred. Also a puncture in the top of my couch. I also had several rugs cleaned before the move and had them prepared to ship. I gave the crew instructions to leave the ends of the plastic open and, once placed on truck, to cut slits in the plastic to allow them to breath. They not only folded over the ends of the plastic but did not cut slits resulting in trapped moisture and a really bad smell when the rugs got here after a week on a hot truck. My rug cleaner warned me about this and that is why I gave ALL THREE of the crew these special instructions which they ignored.

Both gentlemen were very hard workers. Showed up on time and worked all the way through and even finished a half hour early. I would definitely recommend this company

They worked hard, but 1 of the guys was new and I think that slowed them down as he waited for instruction. They also realized at the last minute that they forgot to pack 2 Mattress sets. I would possibly use them again but I would definitely be a lot more hands on to make sure that the Pod is packed properly and effeciently.
