They were great! They arrived on time and got done with time to spare. It was fast and efficient. They were very careful with all our bigger items and got the POD secured so the load wouldn't shift. I am very happy.

I have never had anyone to be so kind and accommodating to making my move so calming. I have used other companies and not one has made it as pleasant as this company. They did the packing and I feel comfortable that when I reach my destination I will be happy with the way they had packed. The job was scheduled for between 8 and 9 am. They showed up at 9:50, saying they were stuck in traffic. They should account for that when leaving for the first job of the day.
They then proceeded to say they couldn't get everything packed inot the POD, which they didn't, resulting in my having to load my car up in order to get everything to where I needed to go. I am scared as to what I will find when I unload the POD. Would probably never use this branch again.
