The two men that were sent out to do the job were not up to the task. It took them waayyyy too long and they did a terrible job protecting our furniture and packing the trailer. After our complaint and concern the owner did sent someone else out the next day to take a look and see what could be done, which I appreciate. But, after its already been loaded not a lot can be done. It ended up costing us way more than is should have and now we are hoping and praying our items make it across country in decent shape.

Arrived just a few minutes late. They worked hard, one worker of the two was especially hard working. The second worker was not as competent in unloading the truck, but the first one noticed quickly and took over and made sure it was unpacked with care.

I thought my moving process would be 2hrs but ordered 3 just in case. I was right with the 2hrs and called the manager to have the 3rd unused hour removed from my bill and have not heard from him. So that is unresolved and the move was a week ago...I will continue to call. Also when the movers arrived I specifically asked that a couple of boxes be put right up front along with my bike as I would need access as my belongings may be in storage for quite some time. I am disabled and finance and physically moving are a great concern. At this time I have been over charged and I will need to find someone to move half of the pod to get access to the boxes I will need and my bike. Other than these 2 issues I thought all else went well. I would appreciate it if someone would be in touch about the $60.00 refund for the hour I did not use. Thank you.
