Harry and Chris arrived on time and ready to work. Harry called us to let us know they were on their way a short time before arriving. They had their masks on. Harry asked pertinent questions and surveyed the items to be moved, before working with us on a plan. This only took a few minutes, but it told me they were thoughtful about how they were going to safely load our furniture and make the most of the time we had allotted, and showed their desire to help us save our money. They were friendly, respectful, and carefully moved all the items we needed moved. They were polite, and kept busy the whole time, working conscientiously. They finished on time, and the process worked very smoothly.
We used our pickup truck and an attached 4 x 8" trailer, so this was not quite as easy as loading a container or box truck. They used blankets we provided, and our straps to secure the loads. It took more than one trip. The new location was only about 5 minutes away. So Harry thought it would be better and save time and money to make several trips, rather than to have to try to finesse all the items together in one trip. We definitely agreed.
They had to carry everything up to the third floor on steep steps, and the stairway was somewhat narrow toward the top, and there were several turns. They navigated all that and everything arrived safely.
One of our items was too large to fit up the stairway, but I think that was our fault for not measuring properly before hand. He said that had never happened before. Sorry, guys! I didn't realize the narrowness of the stairway...I was going by my memory, and I had looked at the apartment about a month before. (The move was delayed partly due to the pandemic.) They were very good about trying and kept calm. They took it back for us and set it back up again, with no problems. (We have not sold our house yet, so that worked for us, but I would recommend that anyone measure carefully any large items ahead of time and make a plan for how to get it into it's new location. That could have saved a lot of time and effort. This was a large entertainment center that came apart in two sections, but with the turns in the stairway, I think it was just not possible. The movers tried their best to accommodate us even so.)
We were so thankful to have their help! We could have never done this move without them! We would definitely recommend them to anyone, and will not hesitate to use them again! Thanks Harry and Chris!

I honestly could not be happier with the service I received from Harry and his associate (I'm horrified that I can't remember his name). They were right on time, pleasant and made me feel very comfortable with the care they gave my belongings. How they were able to pack an 8 room house in a 15' truck is beyond me but they did it efficiently and without a scratch. Not only would I recommend them again but I have already told all my friends how great they were!

It was not an easy task loading the rental truck. Some of the storage bins were about 50 to 70 lbs and there were about 50 of them. Add to that, some furniture and overall the 2 guys did a great job. They had to stay an additional 2 hrs., but did get the job done. Next time we will rent a larger truck.

Harry and Chris were awesome. They moved everything out of my old apartment into the new one in less than the 2 hrs, placed everything where i needed it and were genuinely nice guys. I would give more than 5 stars if i could. I’m very pleased.
