They did a fine job. They loaded my truck for me to move across country, but they were slower than I expected. I didn’t know it wasn’t standard for them not to bring tools to disassemble furniture so that added lot of a time. One of them spilled blue Gatorade on my couch, which was frustrating. Also, I spoke with Danny prior and he agreed to come at 7AM (7AM-8AM window) because I was on a time crunch to meet movers in the city I was traveling to but he arrived right before 8AM and acted as if we didn’t have that conversation. However, Danny did agree to hitch my car for us, which we really appreciated and why I’m giving them a 4.

Dan and his associate were professional, accommodating, and kind. Our moving truck actually broke down on the way to our new place and they allowed me to reschedule / play the entire day by ear as we were at the mercy of roadside assistance. So thankful for their help!
