we called called for a last minute job to assist loading up a big hot tub. They quickly got in touch with one of their best helpers- Rafael was amazing! He organized the onsite help and had the unit loaded in less than 35 minutes. We paid two hours time-which is the minimum, but the company responsiveness and quality of help was well worth it. Will absolutely use them again.

Horrible!. Showed up 3+ hours late, tried calling owner and texting several times before got text back. Put a big hole in the wall moving our bed. The owner ryan was supposed to call and set it up to get hole repaired and he never called. Would never work or recommend this company to anyone. We have texts and pictures proof to back all this up. It takes a lot for me to review someone but this was unacceptable. Hire a helper has been great to work with regarding help with the repair on the hole but I would never recommend oregon packing.

They arrived early which was good for me. I had some heavy furniture and they were very careful with it. They worked really hard and it only took a little under 2 hours for the move. I would use them again.
