They called twice before the I've date to confirm everything. The day I had reserved, they arrived as scheduled. They were very careful when moving my belongings and were friendly and courteous.

I reserved two movers to move our house. They sent two guys who were both over sixty. While they were great at packing... they had a hard time after about an hour. They took three or four breaks for about 10 minutes of the four hours they were here because they were exhausted. Finally, the guy ended with complaining and swearing on the phone to whoever is boss was within earshot of us. We then dismissed them on the grounds that we would rather not deal with it. The guys were sweating all over our furniture, used the dog blanket in the middle of the uhaul to put on our couch. Which now smells like dog instead of using all the moving blankets we had laid out for them. I tipped them only because I thought both of them were going to pass out from exhaustion or age. Not to mention they dropped an inordinate amount of stuff from dresser drawers to entire dressers on the floor.
