I would recommend All In The Family Movers . They were very good and extremely careful with our things. They were about an hour late getting there but they did apologize. They spent lots of time trying to figure out how to arrange everything to make it all fit on the moving truck, which in the end it all still did not fit, which was disappointing. It also starting storming while they were loading the truck but they kept working and were careful with our things. Both men were very polite and respectful. They were prepared for the job. I was very pleased and would use them again.

Once the helpers got to us, they did a great job. Unfortunately there was some unforeseen circumstance that occurred during our day. The helpers did contact us and let us know they were a helper down do to injury and had to pick up a replacement helper. This incident caused the helpers to be an hour and a half late.

I contracted for two guys for five hours to unload a 28 foot ABF UPack trailer. When the truck was loaded it took two guys six hours to load. All in the Family movers showed up initially with two guys who had no loading gear. No hand truck and no straps. After a while two more guys (who I did not order) arrived and had a set of loading straps but no hand truck or other equipment. At the five hour mark the crew Forman told me the five hours were up and they could continue to unload but the he and on other man had to leave (so he could take his car to his wife). The two guys remaining were the same two who first arrived in the day. Of the four men who unloaded my belongings, three of them worked very hard (I had some very heavy items I had precoordinated with the company representative). The fourth man was one of the two who first arrived and also stayed later. This man was apparently badly out of shape because he would work for five minutes and then stop for several minutes to rest. In short, the job took much longer than it needed to because they did not have proper equipment, and because on the of men was virtually useless and created more of a drag than assistance to the other men.

We scheduled the movers to come a few hours after we closed on our new home. Unfortunately, the day we were suppose to close there was a hiccup in the process and we had to wait an additional 2 weeks. I spoke with David from All in the Family Movers, he was very accommodating. On the day of our actual move, 2 employees came, both were very polite. We had hired them for 2 hours and they worked non-stop the entire time, even in the 90° heat. Excellent company.

I would absolutely use All In The Family Movers again, and would recommend them to anyone. The movers, Kenny and Draper, were prompt, professional, and very hard working. Moreover, they lived up to their company's name by treating my things, floors, and walls like their own. They did all this in the face of unloading a tightly and sloppily packed POD storage unit -- not an easy task!
