If there was a 4.5 rating, that's what I would give. I highly recommend the service and would definitely use again! I scheduled my move at 8:30 the night before I needed help as this was an urgent situation. Noah stayed in contact while making arrangements with his crew until after 10 PM. I was able to go to bed knowing the move would take place on time. My recommendations are to be a little more careful with packing the truck and don't wear a t-shirt with double entendre when working in elderly environment.

They wrapped some items in plastic, loaded pre-packed boxes and furniture into our POD and filled it with much more than I expected to move in two hours. There was some miscommunication at the last minute so the team didn't initially arrive on time. However, Noah accommodated our needs and sent out another team ASAP. The team was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them again.

2 young men showed up on time and compleatet the job of packing a 16ft. Pod. They were professional and were able to pack the Pod using all the space to the utmost capacity, while still balancing the load.

Great experience. I had setup for 2 hours in the afternoon. When the previous job was delayed they called to make sure it was okay for the delay and even offered to send someone to come right away. The delay was fine with me and when the 2 guys arrived they were very polite, worked the whole time. I would definitely use them again. Great job!

Joseph showed up early and got started outside the two-hour window, which I appreciated. He was a good manager for his partner Jerry and things went quite smoothly overall. No damage, considerable care in where things were placed and how I wanted them done, and easy to communicate with. I underestimated the time required a bit, and we were a bit rushed to get everything out of the pods in the two-hour window, but that's not their responsibility. Everything did get moved inside and the essential heavy / difficult to assemble items put back together. I'd call them again!

My helper arrived on time and ready to go. He was polite, hard-working and cooperative. I had to leave at one point to return a U-Haul van and he continued working and was nearly done by the time I returned. I moved out of state, but if I ever return, I would use Silverback again.
