The movers showed up late and did not have the tools that they needed. They were extremely slow … did not speak English and we had to use Google translate to communicate which was complicated. They were not able to reassemble the bed they took apart and we sent them away with the bed unassembled.

Movers were horrible, they filled the truck and said we had to leave half the stuff behind, I had called Hire A Helper and advised they left a gig 3ft by 10ft space empty and was told they were professionals and let them do there thing. We had to unload the truck and reload it and was able to get 95 per cent of our stuff in the truck. I advised I should not have to pay for the service but was still charged.
