I scheduled a move for 10-12, only to have the crew contact me and say that they needed to come at 9:00 am instead of 10:00 because they had another move at 10:00. I explained that I didn't even pick up the rental truck until 9:00, they said they would be at my location at 9:15. They showed up at 9:15 and stayed MAYBE 30 minutes and rushed off. They almost couldn't move the heavy item I needed the most help with and I had to instruct them on how to move it. They showed up in a Telsa, no truck, only a foldable dolly. They rushed off to the next job but they had moved the heaviest item to the very back of the truck and strapped it to the truck! This thing was 350 lbs, it wasn't going anywhere! I called them about 15 minutes after they left and requested that they come back and move it to the other side of the truck (I had paid for 2 hours of their service, it wasn't 10:00 yet). They said they couldn't return until 4:00 pm. I told them that I only had the rental truck until 1:00 pm. They never returned. I called customer service and talked to Phillip who put me on hold forever. I was still trying to move! So, I hung up and of course he called back when I had things in my hands. When I called Phillip back, another associate answered and said Phillip was helping another customer (2-3 minutes later) and AGAIN, I was put on hold endlessly. I had to hang up and continue my moving. I paid over 200.00 for 30 minutes! I had to call another company to come and finish the job. I DON'T RECOMMEND.
