Broke the garage door and latch on back gate. No reply to email sent 3 days ago. Contract says they’ll pay up to $1000 in house damages. It’s $800. Many other things as well. Came for 2 hours and left for 3 hours came back to finish. Not professional. Also wanted some items going to the curb and put them on the side of the house but never came back. I moved 900 miles away the next day and will now have to pay others to move the now damaged items to the curb because of rain that came thru. Wish there was a negative star rating, -5. I will hire an attorney to collect this and then they can pay for legal fees also. Will contact Pods to not use as referral, makes Pod look bad also. Not just bad criminal.

They did not understand English and very inexperienced .Very slow. They were super careless with furniture. Argued with lead unloader on placement of headboards into guest versus master bedroom. Then had to get harsh with them to put bed frames together, within allotted time. I know where I want my furniture. I would hire teenagers looking to earn a few dollars before using Golden Movers again. Horrible experience.
