The movers we awesome. They contacted me before they came out to discuss what we would be moving. They were on time, professional and moved my belongings as if it were their own. They were friendly and made this transition so much easier for me. If I could have them come to North Carolina to help unpack my container I would. Without writing a novel about the confusion and multiple phone calls and stories I was told, the bottom line is that this company ended up calling me AFTER their scheduled arrival time on the day of my move to tell me they didn’t have people to do my unload and cancelled on me. Hire-A-Helper saved the day and found me another company that came out this afternoon AND they covered the difference in price. 5 stars for Hire-A-Helper, zero stars for How We Move.
