My Service was Absolutely a nightmare. I was doing an across the country move from Dallas to Atlanta. I had a friend there so I was not there. I have a one bedroom apartment. Small light couch, queen beed and a fire place was the heaviest furniture the rest is boxes. Let start by saying the did not have supplies to wrap my TVs at the least. The tried to up charge me for it. Sir you're a moving company. When the two hours was nearing they were not done, so he called me and said what is priority I what do you mean FaceTime me. To my surprise they had not moved any of the furniture just boxes. I was Livid and inters because a Women the most important things to move is the furniture. I asked why didn't you move the furniture first, he lied and stated it's standard to move boxes first. No you're lying. Needless to say my back was against the way and I had to pay them for another hour and they still did not finish. There was no drive time they were loading a pod. This company is a scam. Contracting with unqualified street movers. Upon arrival of my Pod the my things where just thrown everywhere. My TV didn't come on and fire places broken. Nightmare Nightmare NightMare and rip off.

WHEN I PAID FOR TWO PEOPLE AND ONLY ONE SHOWED UP AT THE TIME HE DID A FABULOUS JOB HES PARTNER FINALLY CAME AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR LATER BUT THE CONTAINER WAS 3/4 EMPTY ALREADY I FEEL I SHOULD BE REFUNDED SOME MONEY FOR I PAID FOR TWO PEOPLE AND GOT 1 FULL TIME AND THE OTHER 1/4 OF THE TIME. HE SAID HE WAS STUCK AT ANOTHER JOB!
PLEASE ADVISE IF I WILL RECEIVE SOME CONPENSATION FOR HAVING 1 PERSON VS TWO FULL TIME

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
All customers should expect a Call the day before your schedule move, and also a call before they are in route to the location the day of the schedule move .
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If the customer has not heard from us please contact us.

We specialize in loading, unloading, pods, pack rats, trailers, storage units, office, moves for seniors and more....
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about being a Mover is being able to satisfy the Customers and play Tetris with all of their items. Our motto is if it can't move, it can't break.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
