My table and chair set was found to have been damaged when it was removed from the POD that they loaded. Several other furniture items as well as the refrigerator had scratches on them as well that were there before.

Well they showed up an hour and a half late. They did call to say they were running late. They got to work. They got the couch stuck in the stairwell. Beat up the wall, the couch is ruined. It is all ripped up. Then the mover fell off the ramp and dropped the couch about 4 feet. Luckily the mover was only scratched on his leg. Then they put the couch without a pad on the washer and dryer. They dented the washer and dryer. The hoses were in the washers top door. They got ruined by the pressure of the couch on it. They both have major dents on the top/front. If the head mover spent more time taking care of my furniture and less time belittling the other guy it would have been a better move. It took 4 1/2 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment. I think the couch itself took 45 minutes to an hour with that mess. I had about 8 pads left after they had everything loaded. With all the scratches on my grill, tv stand, dresser they could have used the pads. They were there.

We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
All customers should expect a Call the day before your schedule move, and also a call before they are in route to the location the day of the schedule move .
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about being a Mover is being able to satisfy the Customers and play Tetris with all of their items. Our motto is if it can't move, it can't break.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
