They were on time.
They had all the equipment.
They were respectful.
The bad.
Damaged a wall multi times before I noticed and pointed it out.
They got lazy about placing the labeled boxes in the correct rooms. Just stacks of random boxes in the living room.
Didn’t offer to rebuild any furniture even though they had extra time leftover.

there was problems getting my furniture out... come to find out the legs are removable... my sofa was ripped .... i have to get it upholstered now ... torn on both corners.... i didn't get to see it until we unloaded.

All customers should expect a Call the day before your schedule move, and also a call before they are in route to the location the day of the schedule move .

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about being a Mover is being able to satisfy the Customers and play Tetris with all of their items. Our motto is if it can't move, it can't break.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
