Another fantastic experience with Mitchell Brothers Moving. Very hard working, trustworthy young men. Arrived on time, prepared and started immediately. Wish there were more young people like them in the world. They worked quickly but carefully and handled and placed furniture exactly where we asked. This is the second time we've used them. We also referred them to a friend who was thoroughly pleased. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

This is the second time I've used these guys and they are wonderful! They show up on time, bring supplies, disassembled furniture- moved it - and reassembled it. Very respectful and remembered me from last time. I'll use them again and have recommended them to my Property Manager for the complex I live in. Great guys and the best rate in the area!

We booked 4 workers, and only 3 showed up. Dropped stuff, broke stuff, 1 worker was pretty good, other 2 were fill ins. Checking phone all the time, way to many smoke breaks. Took about 2 hours to long and we still had 1/2 our stuff left in the garage. It was on short notice, but I would have rather had them say they didn't have anyone for that day, instead of sending the ones they did. Would not hire this crew again. Nice people, just not very good or fast at unloading trucks.

My wife and I were pleased with Mitchell Brothers. Lance and Mike were the two guys that came out. They showed up early, had all the tools necessary to complete the job, and they even gave us the coat off their backs (literally) to wrap an item that they felt might be damaged otherwise. They were extremely detailed in protecting our stuff and I would use them again. The only negative I can think of is that the guys were so intent on packing our truck safely and securely that it took a little longer than we'd planned for. But as I said, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs help moving.

I've already submitted a positive review. "Hire A Helper" needs to hire a web master or an IT guy that can correct their problems. I have experienced repeated problems now, and it's beginning to be annoying. I initially had nothing but positive things to say about "Hire A Helper", but after receiving calls, answering them, and then receiving the same repeated questions and requests, I have changed my mind about recommending them. Mitchell Brothers did a great job, but I think they should go it on their own, instead of paying this broker to find work for them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect to immediately be contacted. We will go in-depth on the details on your move. We will then call you the day before the move to verify our arrival window and go over any last minute changes. Last we will call 30 minutes before our arrival your home the day of the move. We have a true commitment to communication and making sure we are up to date and prepared to dominate.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When we arrive at your home we like to take a tour of the house and go into detail of exactly what you would like done. We then mix our consistent system of moving with your wants and tips to make your moving day peaceful. We prioritize furniture safety over everything else. Although we like to move fast we balance our attention towards making sure there is no scratches on your furniture, walls or floors.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
That varies on each job. Some need lots of help while others want us out as quick as possible. This is a question you should discuss with who ever you chose to move you when going over the details.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been at it a while and have done on the jobs above but i'll list a few of my favorites. In 2017, we got to install the first weight room at Clayton- Bradley Academy in Knoxville. We also moved the canyon into the Civil War Museum in Pigeon, Forge. My personal favorite is definitely any of the 3 long distance moves we've done to the Florida coast.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy getting to meet new people and staying in shape for a living.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Yes, we have a 4 day training course for new guys . They learn the basics. We also have a 3 month minimum before employees are allowed to load a box truck or lead jobs.
