I used BT Integrity to unload a trailer when I arrived in Washington on an interstate move. They were very flexible, careful, thorough and efficient. When I wasn't sure what time I would arrive, they kept in contact with me and were able to adjust their schedule to meet my needs. In addition to unloading my trailer, I asked them to bring specific tools for a bed frame assembly. They were on time, brought the proper tools and equipment and treated my belongings with respect. They worked hard and in the time frame set. I would definitely use them again.

I'd like to go 3.5 stars, but there's no option for that. They were better than okay, but not quite a level higher.
WHAT THEY DID RIGHT:
They got everything from one place to the other without breaking or damaging anything. That part was fine.
They were an hour late, but they called ahead to let me know they were running late and to make sure that was okay (it was), so I didn't hold that against them.
WHAT WAS SOMEWHAT WRONG:
In addition, apparently they showed up thinking they were only loading the truck (rather than also unloading it at the new place), because of a miscommunication from the company. They also were unaware that my new place was a third-floor apartment, which the leader said would have been cause for him to bring a third worker if he had known.
WHAT WAS REALLY WRONG:
My main objection, however, was that the workers seemed to be stuck in one gear, and it was LOW. There were two guys, and I didn't have that much stuff (as I had moved all the boxes to the new place ahead of time, so I had just 31 items of furniture/decor to go on my truck. I had paid for two hours up front, and had anticipated that we could finish the whole job in that time (as we were going only 5 miles). I even collected all the one-person items (lamps, small chairs, small tables) in my garage next to the truck, so they didn't have to waste time carrying it down stairs. In other words, it was as ready as could be for a quick load.
There just didn't seem to be any sense of urgency, even though I explained the entire situation as soon as they arrived. At the half-hour point, they had loaded only 9 items on the truck, when I had anticipated the whole loading process taking 45 minutes. I was amazed that people could seem so sluggish about a task when there was time pressure on (especially when they have an incentive to finish quickly, as I had explained that their tip would be calculated in part on whether we got done in two hours).
They were nice guys, and they did the job well. They were just slow. They ended up taking 2.5 hours to do the job, and I had them leave all the one-person items on the ground floor at the new place and I carried them up myself after the movers were gone to save it from going even longer.

They packed the truck with out much help on my part.
The girls worked very hard, the experienced male had to spend a lot of time with packing the truck and lifting help on the large objects. The smaller female could reach areas of the nooks in the loaded truck. I would use them again if I had another small move.(2 BR)
