They arrived 30 mins. late, but the office did call in advance to make me aware. The 2 helpers were knowledgeable in bed frame assembly, which was very helpful. They were polite and respectful.
Sean was amazing to work with. None of the glass broke. TV still works. I would recommend you talk with Sean about what you need to buy from Amazon or other stores, he made great recommendations so that I was prepared. (Also, Sean is easy to talk to.)
Jeff and Obed did a wonderful job! Things were not quite as expected - 2 guys instead of 3 and a 16 foot truck instead of 26 - but they were prepared, worked hard and took good care of my belongings. They were careful not to scratch the floors or ding the walls. I would recommend them as well as use them again.
I have to say that Sean and Jay are fabulous. They were on time, respectful and the hardest working people I have ever dealt with. They packed my first pod like it was a Tetris game. Every knock and granny was filled. Can’t wait for them to come tomorrow to load my second pod. Great people.
