They were late, and I am unsure if anyone would have contacted me had I not reached out to them. The evening began with him yelling at me. Screaming that it was more flights of stairs than he was told. As well as outright refusing to do the job. When I asked, “ what am I supposed to do?” he responded by saying, “ thats not my problem.” He then said he had to pull a third person in and that that person would need to be paid. He said I should not pay the company that I should pay him directly. I was later told that I was never supposed to pay anyone directly. Initially, he said that the 3rd person had to be paid and then later said that the $150 should go to his companies Cash app. He also kept talking about how he had not seen his kid in a year and how he may go to jail. Ultimately, he left a great deal of my things on the lawn. Though he told me before hand, he would stop work immediately two hours after he began, and that was the original contract. A good portion of what I owned remained on the lawn and had it not been for the kindness of the amazing contractor and her team, including his wife, a good deal of what I owned would have remained on the stairs in between floors and on the lawn.This was the most harrowing experience moving that I’ve ever had in my life. The young men who worked with him were polite and professional. The boss himself, was rather frightening, extremely unprofessional, rude, and at times outright verbally violent.

While our crew was delayed by 45 minutes, we did communicate the situation and still made every effort to complete the job professionally. Upon arrival, we found several unexpected challenges: a larger truck than indicated, four flights of stairs not disclosed in the original order, and furniture that was not fully disassembled, including a bed that could not safely be moved in its current condition and dressers fully loaded and wrapped.
Despite the significant discrepancies between the confirmed details and the actual conditions, our team chose to stay and complete as much of the move as possible—even though the workload exceeded what was booked and we were not properly staffed for it. We documented the entire process with photos and videos to ensure transparency.
We’re committed to honesty and fairness in every job. We stayed because we care, not because we were obligated to fix someone else’s oversight. Moving is already stressful—we get that. But honesty and clear communication go both ways.

The guys were so easy to work with. They were able to take apart my furniture in a skillful quick manner. They also stacked the boxes and everything else to the ceiling as they knew I was paying by the square foot. They were so nice and helpful and worked extremely hard to try and help us finish within the time a lotted. I truly recommend them and wish they were available to help me unload in the state I am moving to.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us, you should receive a text from us within 48 hours of your order so that we can confirm the details of your order and get ready to go for your move date.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We request that blankets be provided for loading and all dressers have contents emptied. Saran Wrap is best to use when securing loose doors and drawers, but as always we will provide as much or as little assistance as possible when getting those items prepared for loading.

We typically can handle anything from a single living situation to a full size family move.
