I reserved two professionals for two hours for a small 2 bedroom move this past Friday. When the movers arrived I realized both individuals were not professional movers and only 1 had any experience. Because of this is took over one and half hours to just load my items. When unloading several of my furniture items were damaged leaving scuffs, scrapes and huge gashes in my dark wood furniture. Boxes marked fragile were placed upside down and broken. Boxes marked with specific rooms were thrown everywhere and not in the designated areas. I had to lift these items after their departure on my own which was why I had hired movers in the first place as I have a bad back and should not be lifting anything. If you want professional movers then do not hire this company.

I can't say enough about these guys...what took my movers in Austin 3 hours took my guys 1.5 here in Dallas and the Uhaul to door was not easy. They also quickly assembled two nightstands, my bed and dining room table. I would absolutely use them again.

The three hour arrival time window was my only complaint, but I do understand it can be convenient for customers who need to add time during their move. Our movers came at the very end of that arrival window. They were very respectful, very helpful and very fast. I did overbook for time by 2 hours and was only credited back one of the unused hours, a little bummer, but better than nothing. Very nice and helpful crew, would definitely hire use again.

The moving staff from Midnight Hour Moving was very helpful for me during my move. I arrived over an hour late due to a fault by another company, and they didn't charge me for the late time. The helpers who unloaded my truck were very quick and professional. They got everything done before I knew it. I would definitely recommend this company.
