Fast movers who worked hard. Traffic made them a bit late - very busy moving weekend in Boston. Respectful and professional - would use them again.

These guys were great! Very friendly, fast, professional, knowledgeable about the best way to position the items in the POD so that there is even weight distribution, etc. It was a pleasure to work with them.

They showed up on time but they did not handle my property well at all very sloppy. They broke my light at my new apartment and proceeded to argue with me...where is the great customer service not from them. The worker he brought with him as I watched out my window was talking during my time and money and felt they were to slow to get job done. Even though they were the cheapest I would definitely not recommend them for your moving.

Mover's response:

No damages to any of furniture and everything wrapped with blankets. Offered to fix hallway light on spot and was told it was fine. I went out of my way to drive the truck for customer and also gave her a free half hour (great customer service). My worker was told by customer at end of job he was very quiet.... and can't say he was on phone because works leave there phones in car. Sorry for any problems you feel you in countered.
