Nice folks but not the "professional" movers as indicated. Just a random group looking for work--husband, wife, friend and her son. Took w-a-a-y longer to unload than it did to load. Hubby carried a comforter bag on one trip and son dropped box of fine china breaking four pieces. We booked the service because of our age and ability. Nonetheless, my husband had to help! Sorry, but cannot recommend this service.

When I spoke on the phone to verify the order I made sure to stress that I had a lot of very heavy items and they would need AT LEAST three people I said I was even willing to pay four if she recommended it. The set time was between 12 and 1pm. They arrived at 1255 with only TWO people because they "couldnt get the third person to come" They were nice people but in no way shape or form capable of completing the moving job on thier own. I was lucky that my parents had stayed a few extra hours and we're able to jump in because I could not wait another day to be moved in and they needed a lot of help. I felt bad but was also frustrated. I and ended up cutting them loose after two hours because I thought the man was going to have a heart attack so I ended up moving my furniture around to where I wanted it later. Im very upset they stood around and waited until they recieved full payment when I only used 2 people for two hours but still paid for 3 people for 3 hours. Hopefully they needed the money more than I do but I will not be calling them again.

Roxanne and Rodger on time, prepared, worked nonstop not wasting any time or money, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Also, they took care of my things and worked very pleasantly the entire time. Teamwork was great especially having a man and a woman with each contributing different ideas that complemented one another to make my move extremely helpful.
