We moved from Colorado to Wisconsin and I was coordinating the move from Wisconsin. I had schedule them for two hours knowing that I just had an estimate of how much was actually still at the house to load. My understanding with the rates was if the job took longer than expected they would stay to finish per the hourly rate listed. The movers arrived 30 minutes late. The load took longer than expected to load and the movers stayed one extra hour and then said they had to leave and the loading was not done. Thankfully I ha arranged family to be at my house during this time but then they were forced to finish loading the boxes. They said it was very strange and abrupt the way they left.

These guys were great, they were polite and took good care of my things. At one point we ran into another move clogging the elevator and they pitched in to help them and expediate my move. I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again for help.

It took them much longer to load less items from a two bedroom apartment than it took the movers who originally loaded up our four bedroom house. They went over the time by two hours and had to bring in a third person. Then once the job was done, it was very uncomfortable having to confirm the payment with them right there and one of the guys even came back up to my apartment saying the payment wasn't confirmed even though I received a confirmation email that it had. I was about to take my dog out and he was blocking the doorway...not a good experience at all!

They responded to an 11th hour request to help unload a truck after I had wrenched my knee helping to load it and could not climb stairs when loaded down. They were on time, showed us great courtesy, treated the furniture and boxes carefully, unloaded the truck, and moved the materials to a 2nd floor apartment in a very short time! If you have a need for loading/unloading help give this company the opportunity!

They were careful and courteous, and pleasant. Because their business model is apparently to come anytime and on short notice (based on the business name), they were delayed, but they phoned more than once to check that it would not be a problem for us. They also called to let us know they were on their way. Compared to movers we used recently in another state, they were far superior. I would definitely use them again.

I will recomment "hireahelper" as I feel this is the most affordable way to get moved. I am a single mom and your service saved me $1,000 over what the local moving company quoted me.
The 2 guys who assisted me were an hour late but they were prepared for the job, they worked hard, they were friendly and polite and very respectful to my family and I will definitely use them again. Also I will recommend them to any friends looking for moving assistance.

I have used these folks previously to unload a 28-foot truck full of household goods (about a year ago) and they did a great job then, so I was happy that they were still available. I got a call telling me they were on the way (they were on time), and they moved my giant (325-pound) TV downstairs with no issues.
Good guys, and I'll be calling them again if necessary.
