They did a good job packing the moving truck and they got it done early. I'd recommend them again.

Worker's had no sense of urgency nor did they know how to pack a simi trailer. It was obvious they were overbooked. Now I have to hire another company to fix my issues. The owner was argumentive and disrespectful. To start they were 30 min. late. There were holes threw out the load. From a professional point I would never hire dependable movers again!!! If you use hire a helper make sure you tell them exactly what you need done. The thing is I have never left a bad review til now.

I would highly recommend the Dependable movers. They arrived within 15 minutes of the time frame we were given. They started work immediately and worked hard and consistently for the 3 hours we had them. They were very respectful and took great care with our items. We would definitely use them again!

They did an excellent, professional job! Everything was smooth, no concerns at all the entire appointment. My things were secure! Also, was moving from a storage unit into an apartment, and lost my storage key, luckily I had the tool to cut the lock, but not exactly the muscle. The movers took care of that situation for me and promptly cut the lock (without first announcing to the storage place that I was cutting my own storage lock, of course). I would recommend and would definitely use again; in fact, this is my 2nd time using them, the first was a month ago to get my things into storage. They were on time, they worked hard, they were well prepared for the job, very respectful of my property, they went above and beyond the call of duty with cutting the lock; I repeat, I would recommend again!!!
