Dependable Movers was totally undependable. First of all, I hired this company and another company showed up. Apparently there are four brothers who have their own moving companies and one of the other brothers showed up at my door under a different company name. I had a large job and let them know far in advance when my last day to move was (as I had PODS that were being picked up and a plane scheduled to leave the state to be with my sick child). They came out beforehand so they knew it was a big job. They didn't show up the last day to finish the move! I tried calling them numerous times and they didn't get back to me! It was terrible and a nightmare. I had to hire another company instead and never got the PODS filled in time. I have to go back. They were totally disorganized, had several jobs going at the same time and I had new people running in and out of my house the whole time. The friends who I had helping me all said they smelled like pot when they came in. One of the contractors helping them had a big attitude. The first day they showed up they told me to rent packing supplies instead of buying them and so I went on a wild goose chase. The cost of renting the moving supplies and clothes would have been $2500 a month. It made no sense. I traditionally have very positive things to say about people and appreciate their effort, but if you want to depend on your mover, I would not hire these guys.

The guys sent were here before the scheduled time. They went immediately went to work. They were extremely careful as we had just had hard wood floors installed. Highly recommend this company.
