I am honestly super disappointed. I have never seen two men move so slow in my life. I live in a one bedroom apartment with a couch in a bed with being my two biggest furniture and a mirror. It took them two hours to only move half of my furniture out of my apartment. they accidentally sent two more people and took them 30 minutes out of my time To talk to them. I did not get that time back. The whole reason I ordered helpers was because I have a very bad back. Two hours and $300 was 100% not worth it. I’m very disappointed in this.

Really quick and efficient. I informed them that another unit had booked the freight elevator immediately after me, and they were able to arrive earlier than scheduled to ensure we completed the task on time. They were gentle with my belongings and completed the job in record time, I would use Genesys Moving Services LLC again.

The guys were fast, efficient, thoughtful. They made sure everything I had wanted packed was packed. They looked like they’ve loaded tons of containers were very experienced and had good camaraderie.

Overall the guys did a real good job but there someone slid a box on the wood floor instead of picking it up and caused damage to the floor. Accidents happen so I don't want to give them a bad rating. The issue I have is Mario said he would get back to me about it and make it right but never did.

To be best prepared for moving day, take care of your kids at pets, their safety and well-being remains our number one priority. And of course, the same goes for any pets you might own. We highly recommend to keep yours and family members personal documents, jewelry with you. Be careful not to misplace your keys as searching for them on moving day will be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Make sure to unplug any electronics and appliances.

In order to exceed customer expectations we provide daily training on topics such as; proper lifting Technics, to prevent injuries from our team members. their safety its our priority. Proper furniture wrapping Technics to make sure customer households goods remain in the conditions found. We train our team in proper loading procedures, making sure the basics are covered when performing the job to make sure household goods do not get damaged during transportation. We also provide proper packing procedures
