They came to the rescue, when another hire a helper moving company blew us off the morning of the move saying they were double booked.
2 hours later Chester came with his trusty sidekick, and managed to load the truck in the 2-hour We had booked. The truck was so perfectly loaded and secured by them that nothing moved in an 1800 mile cross-country trip.
We will definitely use them again for all of our moving needs in Colorado!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Effective communication (Se Habla Espanol Tambien!). We'll check as soon as possible after a booking through Hire-A-Helper. We'll gather all remaining necessary details of your move in order to provide the right equipment and crews.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A check in about 30 min before arrival. Depending on the type of job we can provide any and all equipment including: Trucks, blankets, cellophane wrap, lifting straps, dollies, hand tools or other. We'll start the clock when the entire required crew size is present and helping move. we allow for one 15 min break per 2hrs, however we often like to just work straight through. We will be kind, courteous, and mindful of every customer we serve.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Keep as clean of an environment as possible. Keep trash, or other debris, out of moving areas and pathways. and Clearly label or organize what is being loaded, what is not, and what is trash.
What types of moves have you handled?
You name it. We've done it, or know someone that has.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We like the integrity of the bizness. it's simple yet, sophisticated. We get guide our customers through a stressful time into their next chapter, and that has a good feeling especially when we've earned a positive review.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We vet your movings through an over the phone interview to get to know the basics. Then we hire them on as an extra on appropriate jobs (So they'd be a free 3rd for a customer who booked a 2 mover crew). They work on a probationary basis until they meet our basic requirements. They then are offered financial incentive to improve their performances and skillsets. Although we have an army of people who can move things, we always provide a qualified leader, and necessary equipment to get the job done.
