Absolutely loved them! They say every move has at least three disasters - I definitely had all of mine and OneCall Movers were there to support me the whole time. My actual moving date got screwed up using the calendar on the website but they accommodated THE DAY of and showed up on a moments notice with no excuses and full of apologies even though it was MY fault. Donovan and A.J. were beyond helpful - took apart all my furniture, shrink wrapped and padded, loaded up a whole storage unit including a huge jukebox, drove the Uhaul for me, traveled with me to 4 separate locations (one of which was a massive disaster because it was locked), encouraged me and assured me that everything would be done and they wouldn't stop until it was finished. How remarkable is it to find people who care nowadays? I will use them again! I have also referred them to other friends and family members. Thank you OneCall!

The key points:
- A half hour late, but only due to traffic problems in his route. We were called before the appointed hour to make us aware of the delay, so it was expected and caused no issues. Well handled, so I docked nothing on the rating.
- Very flexible service. We were assisted with wrapping and packing as well as the actual loading of the pre-packed boxes and goods. All items were treated with sufficient care.
- Polite staff. Don and Donovan were our contractors, and they were professional and courteous. My mother and her lady friends were completely comfortable with directing the guys throughout the day.
- Flexible time. Had it been required, we were told early that we could add time to the original bid if we still had work left. Good to know.
- Good value. There are cheaper and more expensive movers out there. These guys deliver good service for the money. You don't get the uniforms and corporate branding that other companies offer, but they acted like pros and got the job done well.
- We had to provide most moving supplies, but that was just as stated in the ads, so we were prepared. They do provide some supplies, but you have to ask them ahead of time. FYI, just be prepared to do so.

Donovan and son did a wonderful job helping us load up the 26' truck. He was great at calling ahead to go over things beforehand and mentioned some things I hadn't thought of like taking the bedframes apart before they got there to save time. They were on time and Donovan really knew what he was doing. He was willing to do it the way we wanted but also had great ideas of how to load the truck and was quick and efficient. They were considerate of our furniture and I would definitely recommend them!

They came quickly at the last minute when we called, which was much appreciated. They worked really hard and were done fast. My only complaint was that they maybe worked too fast and did not pay much attention to carefully handling fragile items or worrying about the hardwood floors and scratches. I would have preferred them to take the full two hours instead of rushing through in less than an hour and slightly damaging some items. Still, they were friendly and fast.

I was contacted by OneCall before I could get off line when II made the initial arrangements for help. OneCall was very helpful in letting me know what to expect from the service. I was called the day before and it was a day earlier then I thought I reserved (it wasn't) and arrangements were made to move it the day I thought it was with no trouble. I was contacted the night before and again in the morning to let me know the first customer of the day was taking longer than they had reserved and they would be an hour late. I was contacted again when they were in route.
Donovan was very helpful and careful with the movement and loading of the POD. Nothing got damaged (walls, doorways, or furniture). The 2 gentlemen worked hard and continuous and were extremely pleasant.
I will hire them again when we come back to town to finish the move after the house sells.

They were prompt (actually early) and prepared (they brought the dolly's and shrink wrap they were supposed to bring). Once they were there, they worked very hard the whole time and they accomplished everything I wanted them to do during the designated time frame. The only negative comment I would make is that one guy was more careful than the other with my property. I don't think anything was damaged, but I was nervous a couple of times. :-) I would use them again.

I did a last minute request less than 24 hours before my move. They came in on time and immediately asked mine and my wife's concerns and about delicate furniture. They worked hard from start to finish and I have no dents or hole in the walls in either home. Very careful and yet very efficient on the time. I will definitely recommend them to anyone moving. Moving is one of the most stressfull things you can do and they took the stress out of it.

They were 4 hours late for the job, They were sloppy at loading and broke a couple minor things. They tried to renegotiate the fee because they did not complete job first night and I needed the job completed the next morning early. The next day they never showed to unload a 24' moving truck. I called the hired person 11 times and never received a call back. My wife, my brother and myself had to unload truck ourselves. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Currently the case is being reviewed by company complaint department.
