Best Move I have ever had.After15 years in the military and countless moves, I can clearly say this. The crew was very helpful, on time, professional and respectful. They packed my items better than the high price movers I have used in the past. The owner was responsive to my calls and questions. They had a "Can-Do" attitude.I expected the move to take longer, but they finished up 3 hours earlier than i thought. They were clearly more determined to make the move a success rather than making more money than they had quoted. These guys did not even take a lunch break, so they were at my house to unload the furniture before I was there.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company and I will definately use them again.

The loading was done incorrectly. The load was not secured with tie downs provided. The load shifted and many valuable expensive items, furniture and others were damaged many beyond replacement. We were very displeased with the result of the loading. It was a horrible experience and we will never trust our personal belongings with a transport company or loading company again. We will rent our own trucks, pack and load our own belongings since that is the only way to assure safe transport of valuables. I would not recommend this company. In fact I would not recommend using any loading company unless you are there to instruct them exactly how to load and secure your items as the "professionals" are not what they claim to be and they do not know how to load a truck to prevent damage of items.

The setup process was a little unclear--for a long time I could not get anyone on the phone even though I was instructed to call, and then when I did finally talk to someone, the day before the move, it was clear that they had never seen my booking and I was basically doing it all over again. I got the impression that the etime I had "confirmed" on the website almost wasn't going to be approved at the last minute. However, the movers themselves were fantastic. They were careful and worked incredibly quickly. This is the first time I've moved when nothing has been broken!

Hired 2 men for an anticipated 2 hours. The online order process was seamless. Although I contacted Affinity first, it was two days prior to the move and during a snowstorm. Affinity followed up first thing the morning of the move to confirm the arrival. The helpers arrived on time, worked tirelessly for the entire requirement, and were courteous and careful with the furniture. I would use them again in an instant.

Affinity Moving did a great job! They showed up early and got right to work. I needed to have my (very heavy!) furniture rearranged in my bedroom -- to include a large four poster canopy bed. They were careful and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them.
