AB and Curtis exceeded every expectation I had on moving day! They both worked so hard, were professional, enthusiastic and very analytical in fitting my home in a POD in a safe and effective way. I will definitely be asking for their help again when I move into my new home.

3 people arrived. The supervisor was shown everything that had to be moved in the house. Upstairs was an arcade game machine, a cocktail table arcade game a fold it up adjustable bed frame two couches. The supervisor stayed in the pod packing up all the boxes in the garage while the other twoMovers were moving boxes and put in light furniture from inside the house. I try to stay out of the way but did not realize that they did not move the heavier furniture from upstairs which was the arcade game the cocktail table and the adjustable bed frame also they left behind a chair in the garage and some other things in the garage. We had to try the next day to get the arcade table down the adjustable bed frame down the cocktail table down by renting a U-Haul truck out and also to move it into storage when the expectation was that this would be one of the things that these things could be packed in the pod so because they did not pack it and they failed to inform us that they did not packet I give them a very poor rating. I am also planning to file a claim for an adjustment due to the fact that we had toTo rent a U-Haul truck and dolly. Move the arcade game and cocktail table in adjustable bed frame downstairs and also find a storage unit to transport all this extra items into it.

Followed COVID guidelines; were respectful of me and my "stuff;" worked the whole two hours; wrapped and packed my belongings in a professional way; will hire them again to unload for me when I find a new house ... They got more of my stuff in the POD than I expected. And, they were personable and seemed to enjoy their work.
