I would recommend AML for a move. All communications prior to loading were timely and professional. Movers loaded on time and worked hard. All items were protected and truck was packed securely. My only issue was poor communication on the unloading side. The crew was not informed by their company that they would be unloading at new house. The same crew lead was involved in the unloading but had to switch helpers in between as helpers were not informed about unloading at new location prior to loading. This caused them to be 30 min late arriving at new house. Unloading ran less smoothy. It was slightly rushed but all items were placed in house in correct rooms. Several pieces that were disassembled to load didn't get reassembled (which I didn't notice until after crew had left. One book shelf was damaged.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving date you will receive a call when our team is on their way to you. While we have an hour window for arrival our goal is to be as prompt as possible. If we see that a possible delay from your scheduled time will occur, we will contact you immediately to keep you informed. Our friendly team will arrive ready to work and get you moved as efficiently and safely as possible. Most of our customers are pleasantly Amazed at how well we get the job done. We look forward to meeting you!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The better you prepare before we arrive the faster your move will go. However, If you need packing assistance or moving tips please don't hesitate to call. Note: Quilted Moving Blankets are the key to better protecting your furniture pieces! Fully packed moving boxes and padding fragile pieces is important also. Please have extra supplies for moving day handy. Pods customers: If your containers arrive earlier or later than expected, don't worry, we will work with you!
