Totally disappointed in the service I received. Ordered two workers and only one showed up and late at that. I had to do more work than the laborer. Then I was charged for both workers. I totally don’t understand this.

Initially 2 helpers were sent the address verified on your order.
The helpers were relocated after not being able to locate customer. Due to the wrong address being placed on the booking request.

There was some damage done to my home..considering the circumstance I let the damage go......however I asked for three strong men and they sent 1 female and two men.....I had to hire three other people in order to get the job done....

everything was alright - I would use them again and I would recommend them to others.
the only little teardrop was, that somehow after the job was done, one person left several black ugly spots on our carpet
and I don't know yet if i can clean it !!!

The movers that came were really nice and accomplished the job but one it took like 8 hours and they scratched the hardwood on the stairs all the way up while moving the washer and dryer. No communications by the company and no ownership of the damage they did to the house. If you care about your house, stay away from this company.

Arrived half an hour late. Scratched a number of pieces of furniture. And they took four hours when they should’ve been able to do the job in three or less. They worked very slowly, and even stopped for lunch. And then they charge me for the lunch break! I will not use them again.

Kendrick was great! He gave me a call the morning of my move and again once on the way. Not only did they load my aunt's items onto the truck but helped with some of the cleaning process! I would definitely use hire a helper again.

Refunding Unused Time
