Michael with GR8LABOR LLC was the point of contact. He and his movers were late to the job by 1.5 hours, supposedly due to rain and local traffic delays. There was no apology given at any time except for repeated references to being delayed by traffic and that we should have been more patient. Overall, Michael and his team have proven to be greatly unprofessional and unreliable with no sense of how to deliver good customer service.

The crew was very young and inexperienced. I had to figure out how to get my sleeper sofa up the stairs. The crew leader was ready to give up and made the comment that it can not be done. Well it was done and I do appreciate the hard work they crew did to get it up the stairs but professional movers should not rely on the customer for help. That is what they are being paid for.

When I booked this labor I explained that the job was disassembling warehouse racks and loading them into a Pod. it was agreed then that they could do this. I paid for the minimum 3 hours. When the men came, they refused to take the racks down. They loaded some desks and office furniture. they worked for less than 2 hours. ----------------- It has now been several days since I sent the above review. Gr8labor offered me a refund for the hour that was not worked. I very much appreciate this and accepted this settlement. You did the right thing and I feel very much better about your company. That our team will call 30minutes or more before arrival and movers will be on time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more organize the better the move will go if they have any questions our team is just a phone call away and will answer any question they may have. So the can rest assure they will have a great move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done alot of moves over the years local mostly some long distance even office moves. We have loaded and unload hundreds of pods and ABF trailers and so on. You name it we probably moved it pianos gun safes. Book us today thank you in advance for the business. Corporate moves and commercial moves are something we specialize in also thank you!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people everyday and just being able to help people with something they couldn't do without us because we are the pros and we love what we do.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide our crew with an extensive 20 hour mover training course which is industry standard. After training the trainee will be with one of our vet who has 10 years or more experience in the moving industry who can lead and guide our trainees in the right direction.
