I have moved MANY times before and the guys from Brookwood were the most careful, most punctual, and most professional movers I have ever had. They took their job very seriously and packed my POD with furniture and boxes like a tetris game. The POD came without hooks to tie my belongings down but the men from Brookwood Moving took the initiative to point this out to me and install hooks to make sure everything was tied securely.

The guys that were sent to help me move were great. They were incredibly personalable and worked diligently. My POD was packed, ceiling to floor, front to back. A huge task. They finished unloading my whole POD in an hour and 15 minutes. Great guys and I would use them again.

Very slow, no sense of urgency. Packing showed lack of experience and skill. Took two guys three hours to load a 10x10 storage unit into a moving truck. (The same unit took another moving company 1 hour to load.) One mover was late. Movers did not arrive with proper equipment for the job (dollies, rope, etc.) as we were led to believe that all we had to supply was the truck. We actually had to assist in loading the truck ourselves to get the job done. Only real positive thing was good communication prior to the appointment. Would not use this company again.

Awesome job! This company is professional and you never have to wonder if the movers will show up. When they arrive ever mover we have had was so nice and cool.

The two helpers were on time and seemed to work hard
However they seemed a bit disorganized and took longer than I expected. It only took 4 men 1 hour to load the pod.The unloading should not have 2 men 3 hours.
They were friendly, eager and courteous but not very knowledgeable about putting a bedframe together. I had to have another person redo that task since they left it jutting out so that. it would cause. Injury.
I would not use them again.

Prompt and efficient crew, all uniformed. Dollies, tools, plastic wrap and rope on every job. We also sell blankets at request.

Pack all belongings into boxes, and separate anything that is NOT going to be packed, into a clearly defined area.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We are a small business and operate with 6 total crew members. Because of this, all of my guys get 5+ moves a week, 100's a year per member. We are a very experienced team.
