1 hr and 20 mins late. Only reason he showed was because I called fifteen minutes after he was supposed to be here to see what was going on with him. At first he did not even remember that I had an appointment that he himself called me to confirm about the day before, and told me he would be there himself. I had pretty much finished the job by the time Marc Perez finally showed up.

Caveat, we originally scheduled our movers to arrive between 11-12pm. They were not able to make that time slot due to 'unforseen circumstances' but we were notified early the morning of that there would be a delay.

To help ensure a smooth and timely process, we ask that all items be fully packed in boxes of containers before our team arrives. Helpful tip: Fully pack each box; a well-packed box is less likely to collapse and is more stable when stacked to form a secure wall inside the moving truck or container. This helps to protect your belongings.
