My only complaint is not related to Tip Top at all, but I was unaware there was a $40 service charge from Hire A Helper until I paid the bill at the end. I must have missed some fine print, but it was absolutely not the movers' fault.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We take a team-based approach to every move, and the level of efficiency we can achieve greatly depends on how ready the customer's belongings are. To help ensure a smooth and timely process, we ask that all items be fully packed in boxes of containers before our team arrives. Helpful tip: Fully pack each box; a well-packed box is less likely to collapse and is more stable when stacked to form a secure wall inside the moving truck or container. This helps to protect your belongings.
