26' U-haul truck to be loaded from our home in Medford. "ALMIGHTY MOVING" crew to be there between 11am and noon on 28th. NO SHOW..NO CALL..NO TEXT!
I sent frantic texts and left phone messages. No response. Beyond rude and disgusting. Called Hire-A-Helper and they were also unable to reach this outfit and re-booked me with a company that was in another city and couldn't arrive til 6pm and stopped work at 10pm with items still in the house. What a miserable day. Terrible way to try to run a business. Nothing "Almighty" here. Beware!!!
At the time we were dealing with major employee issues and scheduling conflicts that made this unfortunately happen to Mr. Robert. We now are ready to move forward and have learned from this mistake. The way things were headed was not a direction I wanted to keep my company headed, so we removed our service completely from Hire a Helper until we addressed this employee issue. It was very unprofessional and no excuse justifies the end result. My only wish is that this would have never occurred in the first place.

They no showed my move day 8 hours before they were expected. They had no back up movers to help out in place. I was left stranded and unable to move or find other movers that day because of such a last minute cancelation.

We provide on the job training as well as video playlist of what we expect from our movers. We also have a crew that is well seasoned in the moving industry.
