If you had 10 or more stars I would give them that rating or the top rating. They called the night before and the day of move several times to confirm. I was very impressed as they were very courteous and very professional on the phone and in person. They demonstrated the years of experience they have in this business. They came ready to work and they worked very hard. I asked them if they wanted pizza and they would not stop for lunch or any time. They were very respectful of us and our items. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to some of my friends.

Worked very hard, non-stop, without being reckless. Packed the container VERY efficiently. Moved my 2 bedroom townhome in 2 hours. Highly recommend.

Polite, respectful, prompt and hard working. Make sure you book the right number of helpers! I was short so it took extra time and I had to help out more than I wanted to. Overall great service.

They were very nice guys but they showed up a little late and worked very slowly. They charged me a half hour of overtime even though the only reason it took them so long was because they were moving very slowly and chatting. They didn't pack the truck the way we requested. They also damaged my box spring - the man who caused the damage was dismissed from the project and they apologized, but I was still frustrated. Although they were very nice, I would definitely not use them again or recommend them.

K.Y. Professional movers offered excellent service. They called to set up a time, and let me know they would be a few minutes late. They came prepared with several dollies, which greatly speeded up the work. They worked extremely hard with no break for over 2 hours. They were respectful of my property. I would definitely use them again.
