One of the guys was 15 minutes late. He didn't seem like he waneed to be there and spent most of the time complaining that things were too heavy, it wouldn't fit or that I should re-think my move. In the end, the truck was not packed effeciently. They wasted time waiting for the elevator in the lobby even I indicated stairs in the order. They also left a box in the lobby which my super found and they packed up to leave 20 minutes early and would only carry small item at a time after I informed them that i still had 20 minutes. I have move a lot for my career and often use helpers. I have never had an experience like this. It was horrible!

I hired two movers for two hours. Although Top Choice Movers confirmed with me a few days in advance, only one of the movers, Jeremiah, showed up. He called to tell me he would be late, so I was not concerned. I received random text messages (long after the job was scheduled to be complete) asking me if my movers showed up on time. When I reported that one never showed up at all, I didn't get an apology. All they asked was "do you need someone else or your good" ... No I'm not good, but it was too late and I completed the job myself. Bottom line, if your mover shows up they might be great (Jeremiah was efficient and very nice), but you can't count on it.

Great service. This is the second time that we have used this service and the guys show up on time, are very nice, very efficient movers and got the job done quickly. We will continue to use this service. It made the move so much easier.

They were supposed to arrive between 9-10am, since I was supposed to be moved out of my building by noon. At 10:08, I was told they were having delays on the train. At 10:35, the main number said they were trying to get in touch with the men to find out what was going on. By 11, I asked if they had different movers they could send. By noon, there was still no update and I had to cancel and try to find another company that could arrive sooner. That whole time I was waiting for them to arrive, I was trying to move my furniture myself so my super wouldn't be mad, and I wound up falling down the stairs and fracturing my ankle. Thankfully hireahelper found another company to help me move and then I went to an emergency clinic after. Worst day ever.

We had a really great experience. These guys worked hard and smart! Super efficient with time and did an amazing job packing the truck! Took really good care not to damage our furniture and really nice guys to work with. Would absolutely not hesitate to hire these two guys again!
