We had requested 4 helpers for setup and tear down at our event but only 2 showed for both jobs. With the tight turn times we have with our events, it's very important that we get the number of helpers requested in order to ensure we're ready to go with plenty of time to spare. There was no communication prior to the jobs so I'm not sure what happened. Either they didn't look at the job closely enough before accepting it or they only sent 2 and didn't say anything. Regardless, we didn't get what we ordered and it was completely avoidable.

Sandy, obviously there was a communication error somewhere so I apologize if it was on our side. The first job was completed in a timely manner and the gentleman I spoke to said they did a fantastic job. When the person paying is not the onsite POC it makes it difficult for the crews sometimes because they are unaware of who to communicate with. I apologize for any inconveniences that the lack of communication may have caused. Both times I was told from the onsite person that the crew was fantas

Outstanding, I will use them again. Had trouble with my truck the night before the move, & they helped me with that. Remarkable company, they went above and beyond the call of duty! Very professional and nice.

All my furniture was damaged. My leather sectional didn't get wrapped there for got rub damaged big time they placed heavy boxes on top of my glassware. I am so upset with this group of loader.

you said that you would discount my bill because of their arrival time. now what?

When I contacted you to let you know that they were running behind, I did mention a discount but that was depending on how late they were going to be past their arrival time. However, the job that was going to make them late rescheduled so they arrived within the arrival window that we originally had set up for you. I contacted you again and explained that they would be arriving on time as well. I believe they were able to successfully move you within your two hour window as well with no issues
