My helpers, the Family Movers were amazing. They were on time, and efficient. The head helper had a wonderful plan and seemed to communicate really well with the team. They were very respectful and they worked really hard. They were prepared for the job and they knew exactly what to do. I have never used a loading company before, but I will never move again without one. They were wonderful and I would 100% recommend this company to all my friends and family.

They take on too many jobs. They caused me to pay extra for my uhaul truck and trailers. They lied about coming and showed up 2 days late with a tired looking girl and boy to unload my truck. I had to give them a dollie and they asked for pops and juice yo drink. The girl stayed on the phone most of the time. The guy said call them direct to cut out the scheduling middle man. I will not refer hire a helper to anyone because of their recommendation for family matter movers.

They were 3 1/2 hours LATE! Although they didn't take long to get things done for us (we were prepared), the tardiness cost us big time. Not only did we have to add on additional hotel nights because of the time of day, but it hit us the following day as well. This delayed our cross country move by 6 hours the next day. We couldn't just get up and get on the road to beat the snow storm. Very unprofessional. If they can't get to the appointments in a timely fashion, they need to schedule fewer of them. In the end, I ended up spending WAY more money by choosing them. Never again.
