I have so many good experiences on this site that I stay out of the way of movers. When I looked at how they loaded the truck my jaw dropped. Most of the blanket pads went unused the rest were poorly draped over furniture. They just threw stuff in the truck and it looked like a dumpster clear out. They didn’t use a special box for a mirror as I requested just throwing it on top. Nothing tied down After a 3 hr drive across state so much damage. They should quit this business or stick to dumpster clear outs.

If assigning people to help unload and kk e someone, these workers should have experience. My stuff was not handled with care. In addition they picked up a random guy off the street to help when one of their workers didn’t arrive

I couldn’t be more pleased with the team at Advantage!! They were prompt courteous and took care of our things. Although the move was difficult as I was moving my elderly parents across Country, Advantage went above and beyond. Being a business owner myself I could not be any more greatful to the Advantage team!!!

They were great! We had a very last minute unpacking we needed help with. They were on time ( early even ) efficient and very very kind and thoughtful with our items. When we move again, I will definitely give them a call!

I hired Advantage for my goddaughter in STL on-line from SAN. The movers did arrive on time and left two hours later.
Their job was to move everything out of a 2 BR apt. into 2 UHaul boxes. I was told by a mature friend who was there helping supervise and my goddaughter that one mover was on the phone most of the time CURSING.. My goddaughter’s apt. was on the second floor with a flight of stairs that made a turn halfway down. I did not know if that was considered by movers to be one flight of stairs or two. A first flight was supposed to be free so I said there was one flight that I expected to be charged for. One of the movers told my goddaughter that she/I lied, which was not my intention. Finally other men showed up to finish the move on time. My friend told me that one of the of the two original men was on the phone most of the time and wasn’t moving furniture, so she and my goddaughter were stressed the whole time the movers were there and were helping pull stuff out of the apt. because they did not think the men would complete the job in two hours. My friend has a bad back and should not have been lifting anything, but she was trying to help. No, I will not use this company again.

These guys worked their butts off for us! They were a little late but they were coming from an hour away and I am sure they had to contend with traffic. They were a life saver for us! We would have never gotten moved in the amount of time that these guys worked! Would recommend them to anyone!
