Dave & Mike arrived on time & were very courteous & professional. They knew what they were doing and my overall rating for them is very positive. I run a furniture rental company wish all my employees worked as hard as these guys! On the negative side, I only hired them for 2 hours and had several conversations over the phone with my contact prior to the job, because I was concerned that his crew would have tools needed to do the job - I specifically mentioned to him that I had 3 large screen plasma TV's on wall mounts and I couldn't figure out how to remove the. He assured me that they would have tools and everything would be fine. So I was a bit upset that they did not have the right tools and ended up taking about 45 minutes to get the TV's dismounted. Fortunately Mike was VERY creative and actually made a tool to remove the screws for the wall mounts - otherwise I would have had to leave them there on the wall. I hired them for a client, then found out client had 2 pianos to move, realized this would be extra, asked for a price up front, was told they would have to see them, asked when they arrived how much extra, they still didn't tell me...... They did a nice job loading. Hired them for 3 hours, they took just over two, at the end of the job, they still hadn't told me. My client asked after they had all the dollies loaded in their truck and job was completed. Then he told him it was $225.00 extra. HELLO- You were already getting paid for a contract hour that you didn't have to work for!!!! The pianos were already loaded and my client felt like he had been taken advantage of because it was to late and they were already on the truck, and he didn't want an altercation with the movers.

Both men arrived on time. They were very professional and friendly. They explained everything before they started. They were able to get all my items loaded in the Relocube with in the 2hr time span. I would definitely hire them again for future jobs.

Originally hired Arthur Martin's moving labor who canceled two days before... so I hired All American Moving... they showed up on time, took about an hour and a half to unload a 17' truck and everything went as expected.
