Jo and Matt turned up on time and worked nonstop, moving some big heavy furniture all within the 3 hrs I booked them for. Very nice guys, very respectful to our home. I highly recommend them, and would definitely hire them again. Thank you both so much!!

Showed up on time. Joe even re-scheduled our original move date due to poor weather forecast with only a couple days notice. Thank goodness because it rained that entire day! They worked hard and did a nice job of moving heavy furniture without scratching it. Only a few heavy boxes packed on top of lighter ones discovered while unloading, but all in all, a nice job and I'd recommend them.

There were two young men who showed up on time and the owner was very flexible with the moving day...I asked to change it because of inclement weather. One of the men worked very hard but the other did not. He packed my pod well at first but then got lazy in the middle of the job and the second half of the pod was packed terribly. We had to spend an extra hour repacking it after they left. If I were going to hire again, I would make sure that one guy was not welcome! The owner was polite & responsive throught the entire process.

Joseph and his team were awesome! They worked efficiently, professionally and courteously. I was amazed that they were able to get everything I had into the PackRat container. After it was about 3/4 full I thought there would be several items that would not fit - but with Joseph's artful stacking he got it all in there! He and his crew arrived right on time, handled my belongings with care and worked diligently. They were pleasant to work with and I look forward to working with them on the other end when I move all of my things out of storage. Thanks guys!

Castle Expres moving was on time and completed the job in less then the 2hrs I hired them for. They were able to get 99% of my stuff in the Pack-Rat container I had rented. They brought their own hand truck and literally never stopped moving from the time they started. They packed everything in neat and tight so that they could get as much of my belongings in as possible. I plan to use them for the move of my belongings into my apartment in a couple of weeks.

The service was outstanding. they were very efficient
in stacking and tying the boxes in sections. they were on time and loaded the packrat with care. extra attention was extended to wood furniture and pictures (by using the pads furnished )to fully protect the property. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to others in need of moving services.

Excellent movers! Arrived on time and finished within the budgeted time frame. Joe and George work hard and smart. They are very polite and professional, making recommendations on how to protect the furniture during the move. Not a single piece was damaged by them.....they even moved a pretty heavy safe for us into the basement of the new place. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

My moving experience with NE Moving Labor Help was very positive. The guys worked well together and very quickly to get the job done. My time line for my unloading changed the same day as my appointment with NE Moving and they were very flexible and got the job done earlier than our original scheduled time. I'd use these guys again in the future

Generally satisfied. Nice, polite and taking good care of stuff. Only one thing may worth noted here is they didn't work as fast as two other moving companies I've worked with earlier. The other two moving companies' helpers packed faster, moved faster, talked less. NE Moving worked approximately 20% slower than the other two from my experience. I got a 2-hr-minimum labor service from NE Moving. My job was estimated to be a 1-1.5 hr job by market standards and NE guys took just 2 hours to finish it. Well, I didn't pay extra but if anyone gets bigger job and will be charged by hourly rate may need to take a second thought.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Anything that you can do ahead of time will make the move go smoother. Pack all items into boxe with closed tops.
What types of moves have you handled?
We can all types of local moves including double closings, evictions, new apartments, office jobs, commercial jobs, residential jobs, and storage jobs.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being a mover is taking the stress of someones move on for them so they can focus on other aspects of their move. People have a lot to worry about when finding a new place to live and we want to make sure the move is stress free.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We do a 2 day in depth training. First day is orientation including watching videos on what to expect and what is expected. Second day is in the warehouse practicing onsite skills including padding, packing, loading and unloading of furniture, boxes, large items including safes and pool tables. After that they shadow a long time mover or lead guy until they feel comfortable.
