I ordered my move to be done Friday night but called and rescheduled for Saturday morning, Julien and his crew were late at a previous job so i had to wait 3 extra hours but they made it up by bringing a second guy for no charge, and once began worked fast and effeciantly would hire again and recommend.

Pathetic customer service. They were supposed to come between 11 and 12. Didn't show and didn't even bother to call. When finally got ahold of someone, he said they were hung up on other jobs and would be there soon. This was about 1:30. They did not show up until nearly 7. This late arrival meant that we couldn't finish the work I wanted to get done as the storage facility locks their gate at 10. Now I have a U-Haul full of furniture my wife and I will have to try to unload. They also seemed to have only a limited idea of how to maneuver furniture in and out. My wife had to tell them what to do on several occasions. There are also several pieces of furniture damaged. I would not use this company again and will not recommend that anyone else do so either.

After a 9 hour drive to our new place I couldn't remember anything let alone our helpers names, but they were amazing!!! They were here a little early (which worried us cause we wanted to have some of the smaller stuff off the truck) but we let them handle it and man were they fast! We had them booked for two hours and after the first hour they had our truck completely unloaded. Since we had a two hour minimum, we were able to take further advantage and have them move all the boxes to the correct rooms. They were extremely respectful and asked is where everything went before moving it. I would highly recommend this company. They did not disappoint!! 5 ??????????

I should've gotten the names of the guys that helped me because they were absolutely incredible. They were on time, totally prepared, and worked extremely hard. They had my container mostly completed in about 1 hour. There was one really heavy item, and I appreciated how they tried to devise a plan to get it down the stairs safely. They were respectful of my property, and polite, and always called me "ma'am." The job was done really well. They even finished the job in a severe thunderstorm. I would use them again in a heartbeat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We moved from So. Cal. to Greeley, CO. Our moving coordinator, Julian, kept in touch and was well aware of our moving needs. Our helpers arrived shortly before 9 am. I was pleasantly surprised that they were so prompt. They had tools and everything needed to complete this move. Our helpers, Freddie and Dion, were hard working dynamo's. They were POLITE and CONSIDERATE. I suspect they have worked together before, because they were like a well oiled machine. They took special care with all our items, and treated them as if they were their own. They communicated well with us and asked questions as to where we wanted items placed. They switched out a few appliances without any hesitation what so ever. Freddie and Dion are a fantastic asset to Hire A Helper. Due to their fine work, their hard work, I would not hesitate to use them again. They were worth EVERY penny. They made the stressful situation of moving bearable. My highest praise to them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will receive a call from our customer relations manager or another manager. Our staff will give advice and tips to help make your move efficient and easier.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customer should expect a confirmation call from crew members if a call was not made by our office prior day before. Our customer in afternoon or evening moves will be getting call from our crew lead to give ETA. Our crews will be well equipped to move properly and efficiently with the right supplies and training.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customer should prepare by having furniture and items cleared and cleaned off. Wrapped and padded if they would like to save time. Our crews do not mind doing this one bit and are instructed to cater to your needs about priorities of what to wrap and protect with pads and shrink wrap. Keeping boxes stacked 3 high will help with moving efficiency. Labeling boxes on sides will help process of sorting boxes to desired rooms.
