Anthony moved around quite a bit during his time in the military (literally all over the world) and felt he could better serve customers from a place of understanding the stresses involved. From my first conversation with Anthony I felt like Sitters Movers was the moving company for me. I had also heard a number of positive comments regarding this company as well. The movers that arrived were very courteous and professional. I had initially booked a four hour time frame but the movers were so efficient they completed the job in half the time. I even insisted they take a break because it was hot out, they respectfully declined and kept right on working. I hope I never have to move again but if I do I would definitely use Sitters Movers!

Sitter's Movers was amazing. They came on time and were very prepared for the job. They looked at our stuff and built a great plan with us. We fit a lot of things into a PODS container and definitely included some items we had thought might not fit. They worked very hard and got all of our boxes down 3 flights of stairs and made incredible time. This gave us more time to organize the PODS container to fit everything in it. They were respectful of all of our belongings and would always inquire whether boxes could be turned in different directions. They were great communicators and we greatly enjoyed working with them. We would definitely use them again and would recommend Sitter's Movers to anyone needing to move in the San Diego area.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact you via text and email within 24 hours of booking your order to acknowledge receipt and introduce ourselves. We will also call you two business days prior to the move to discuss the details of your move and answer any questions and/or instructions you have for us. You are welcome to reach out to us as much as you like to!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will be on time. To be early is to be on time and our guys aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to perform a walk through with you.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We will email you our Recommendations PDF within 24 hours after booking your move. These recommendations are the best ideas we've learned along the way to set our customers up for success!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have a tremendous range of experience. The types of jobs we have done include: local, cross-country, international, office moves, junk removal, medical equipment, and other commercial work. We even changed out all of the furnishings for an entire student-housing facility (well over 100 units). The clients we have served include: military, families, elderly, students, businesses, billionaires, professional athletes, celebrities, and even the homeless...hey, they have stuff too and we love to serve!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I started doing this because I wanted to get paid to work out. I'm still doing this because I find tremendous joy in serving people in a part of life that is often pretty stressful. It's very satisfying to tangibly see the work you've accomplished for someone else. Meeting new people, spending a lot of the day outside, and seeing new parts of town are really cool too :)
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew are background checked and carefully screened. A crew member is required to have a minimum of 40 hours of on-the-job training prior to working for our customers.
