Before packing for your move, consider making a list of services needed, such as items to be moved, required packing materials, disassembly/reassembly requests, and special handling for items like antiques or appliances. If you choose not to have the moving company pack for you, follow these helpful tips: - Pack books and heavy objects in smaller boxes for easier lifting, while placing lightweight/bulky items in larger boxes. - Use wardrobe boxes for packing clothes, allowing you to hang garments easily. - Opt for uniform box sizes to facilitate stacking on the moving truck. - Fill boxes completely to prevent collapsing when stacked, and avoid packing fragile items too tightly to prevent breakage. - Seal boxes thoroughly with packing tape on both the bottom and top to secure items. - Mark boxes with content details, destination room, fragility, needed timing, and other relevant information. - Wrap small or fragile items individually to prevent damage or loss. - Ensure easy access to items you'll need immediately upon arriving at your new home, as the last boxes loaded are usually the first to be unloaded. - Create an inventory list to help both you and the moving crew identify items efficiently. - Whenever possible, repack items using their original boxes and packing materials, especially for electronics. - Certain items, such as money, securities, valuable papers, and jewelry, should be personally packed due to their importance and are at your own risk. - Movers will not handle flammable items like aerosol cans, paints, gasoline, oils, etc.

Justin and his crew were wonderful. They were on time and intruduced themselves. I showed them what needed ti be moved and they jumpred right in without slowing down. The Move was to the next town, but complicated. I had a storage unit and an apartment to empty and bring to my new home. I also had pieces to bring to my sister's home across town. They didn't miss a beat. They handled all items with extreme care and left no marks on the walls. They worked straight through 8 hours. I dreaded moving day, but Justin and crew elevated so much of my worries. So refreshed to see such a great work ethic. Would use them again and highly recommend. Such a pleasure to work with.

I was contacted by Little Justins Moving a day prior to the scheduled job and then the morning of the scheduled job, the two guys Lenny and Kevin called to provide a status on their ETA. As they were driving 2 hours to get to my house, I appreciated their ETA updates. I had scheduled them for 5 hours initially but they were able to get everything completed in 3 hours. This was a labor only job and they worked non-stop from the time they arrived to the time they left. They even fixed a broken shelf in my shed and truly, I can't say enough good things about their professionalism, service and work. They even hauled away 90% of the stuff I would have had to otherwise arranged to be picked up which was an unexpected bonus. Lenny and Kevin were awesome and truly fantastic. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs great movers or helpers.

The movers were on time and were prepared for the job. They clearly had done this before!!! The worked very hard to fit all of my stuff into a container that was actually too small. I don't think one more thing could have fit in the unit when they were finished! They were very careful with my furnishings and my home was left in perfect condition. Competent, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from one of our professional customers service representatives.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving day, you will receive a call or text from one of our professional movers letting you know their ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival). Once the crew arrives, they will walk your residence and clarify what is being moved.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should know what will be leaving or staying the day of your move. If you want the time to move faster, have the boxes placed in a designated area with labels already on them. Also, having furniture disassembled will help the process move quicker. But we can certainly assist with disassembling and reassembling as needed.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done everything from moving things from room to room to full service white glove moving. White glove moving means we will pack, label, disassemble, wrap, pad your things, load and unload them from start to finish.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love moving because we enjoy meeting new people and growing our family. After each move we all feel like family.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members do monthly training and each crew member has to train with a crew until they meet our training requirements so they can go on jobs safely.
