Had two movers today at my home from ~11:30-2:00. They were very friendly and respectful of the home and worked very hard. I would absolutely use them again. They however didn't have a screwdriver or an allen wrenched so I had to go buy some which I didn't mind, but also knew I had two small dogs and packed my 2 pet carriers somewhere in the truck which was quite unfortunate. But aside from those 2 mishaps it was an awesome experience and I'm pleased that everything in my house fit securely in the truck I rented.

They were on time. Given a window of 7-8 am and they arrived at 8. They did not have a dolly, but went to get one between loading our truck and unloading it. I later saw on their information that it was free "upon request". Didn't think I would need to request the items that were listed so this may have been my fault. They did work very hard and they were respectful or our things. Only one scratch on the lower wall in a tight spot. I might go with someone else next time only because of communication. I received the confirmation email from hire a helper, but I like to also talk with a real person on important things like our moving day. I called twice and left messages and then tied a different number the third time. I spoke with someone but it was kind of hard to understand them, I think they were in the middle of a move. I just wanted to confirm our move. I feel like if there was a dedicated person to handle scheduling, return phone calls and to ask what additional items might be needed for the move, it would have made this a five star review.

The guys got to the house on time. They called when they were on their way as we requested, and when they got started working, they were moving and packing the truck faster than we had things ready! We were completely satisfied with their efficiency, and they packed our moving truck so well that it was very easy to unload when we reached our new location. The two guys we had from D. Law were great, and we've already recommended them to others in the DFW area.

Order was for 4 helpers but only 3 showed up. The 3 that did show up did a good job, just took longer since down one man. Packed a 26' truck super tight, floor to ceiling front to back. Drove from Dallas to Charlotte and no major damages except to our refrigerator had 3 dents in it ?? Other than that everything else was in good shape.
