This worker has way too much on his plate. He called prior to service to tell me that his work partner no showed, he arrived just at the end of the arrival window with his daughter. Throughout the service he was frequently on his cell phone discussing other business matters and he was constantly instructing his daughter on how to lift properly, which I appreciated his caution and concern but I suspect that he could have finished in less time. He was within the 5 hour window that was contracted and the cargo was well packed and arrived safely so the end result was good but I was constantly worried that his " co-worker" was going to be injured so it was an unduly stressed move. He was nice and respectful and did a good job considering that his scheduled helper bailed on him so I appreciated his effort, but he needs this feedback to improve his service.

Pros: Nice people, got the job done. We’re careful with not damaging anything and helped wrap up some fragile furniture.
Cons: took a lot of extra time. The way they packed it one guy had to go to Home Depot and grab rope so things wouldn’t topple when I drive uphill, which stalled the packing process.. The 3 hour job became a 4 hour job. Went $200 over budget on an already overpriced job. When you’re paid by the hour there’s no rush. ????? $650 for just packing a truck is way too expensive! The stuff hardly had to move 10 meters.

Michael brought two untrained helpers so much time was lost, at our expense, as he instructed them [when he wasn't on the phone, see below].
He arrived without shoe coverings for himself or the two helpers, although we had explicitly requested them. Also, none of them wore masks although it was our understanding that they would. We both did when inside the home. Once they left, we had to go into the truck and spend at least an hour securing loose items.
Michel spent an inordinate amount of time talking loudly on his cell phone setting up new business, on our dime.

The only negative experience I had was the second conversation with Michael. His team was delayed at another job and nobody informed me until I called. Delays happen, and I am willing to give someone the benefit of a doubt. Otherwise, Mike and Karee (sorry if misspelled) were quite the professionals and I didn't need to babysit them or constantly repeat my instructions! They were efficient with the allotted time and respectful of my property. Despite the initial issue on move day, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They arrive on time, move efficiently and smoothly. Michael is definitely well experienced. Definitely will use them again when we move stuff out from the storage, and will recommend to friends.

Great service, very professional and friendly. They were also flexible with my time schedule when I had to reschedule.
Also helped me sweep out the pod when I was finished, to make sure I don't get caught with a hidden cleaning charge. Would hire again!

Just communicate with me on the initial call and express details concerning the job so that we can come up with a proper game plan, every job is similar, but yet different then the next...

We have done it all over the last 12 years... Loads, unloads, load/unload, full service moves, long distance moves, box trucks, freight trucks, POD's and all other storage containers...
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Relieving the customers stress and performing at a high level while displaying problem solving skills...
What training do you provide your crew members?
I think the best training is on the job training, following my lead and example... I (Michael/owner/operater/lead guy) take pride in have very high standards in regards to getting things done in a timely manner with no damages and the crew being safe and aware of our surroundings throughout the process of completion...
